1、 Overview
In order to meet the various requirements of different regions, different environments and different users, the meter boxes produced by our company have developed various product categories of different specifications and styles for customers to choose.
This series of products has the characteristics of high impact strength, no breakup, moisture resistance, good insulation, anti-aging, flame retardancy and high temperature resistance. The wiring screw adopts the composite groove combination process, and the slotted cross screwdriver is universal. Therefore, it has the advantages of small volume, large capacity, high temperature resistance, reasonable structure, bright color and beautiful appearance, which is deeply welcomed by the majority of users.
The transparent meter box is a closed structure. Sufficient through holes to meet the heat convection and dissipation in the box are set at the left, right and lower parts of the box and the partition plate in the box. The through holes shall be provided with reliable measures to prevent rain water and small animals from entering, and measures to prevent external foreign matters from inserting into and touching the live conductor under abnormal conditions. The power inlet and outlet shall be designed with compression nut to achieve fastening and sealing effect. The internal structure of the box is reasonably arranged, and the electrical components are installed and fixed, and the wiring is convenient.
In order to facilitate management, the switches and electric energy meters in the multi meter position single-phase meter box are also installed in separate areas. The area where the electric energy meter is installed is hereinafter referred to as the electric energy meter room, and the area where the switch is installed is hereinafter referred to as the switch room. The electric energy meter room and the switch room shall be equipped with separate doors, which can be hung with special locks and blocked for one-time anti-theft, so as to facilitate the locking and sealing of the metering box, At the same time, the nose lock is convenient for maintenance.
The wiring in the plastic meter box is a zero line shared by multiple users, and the incoming line is connected in parallel. This is inconvenient to manage and easy to cause accidents. After using the junction box of one household and one meter, the incoming line can be separated from the incoming line, which solves the problem of parallel connection at the incoming line in the past. The cover plate of the phase line junction box can also be lead sealed to prevent power theft: the zero line junction box can be repeatedly grounded, which conforms to the special and closed principle in the electric energy measurement specification. It is applicable to the matching of "one meter for one household" metering box (also known as "one meter for one household" metering box for public houses) and the transformation of "combined meter system" in old urban areas.
